(Chicago, IL) -- Transit authorities are looking into whether or not a morning train accident in suburban Chicago was intentional. Police tell CBS Chicago it's possible someone hijacked one of the trains, sending it crashing into another. Both of them were on the same track.
Dozens of people are being treated for injuries following a train collision in suburban Chicago. Forest Park Mayor Anthony Calderone tells NBC Chicago that number is up to 48. Early reports from transit officials said several people were injured. Most of those being treated are said to be suffering minor injuries. The two trains were on the same track, but one was not moving.
