(Phoenix, AZ) -- The fate of Jodi Arias lies in the hands of jurors. The penalty phase of Arias' murder trial in Phoenix begins today, where jurors will decide whether or not she deserves the death penalty. The 32-year-old was convicted of first-degree murder last week in the death of her on-again, off-again lover Travis Alexander in 2008. Prosecutors said Arias stabbed Alexander multiple times, slit his throat and shot him in a jealous rage.
