AMBER ALERT UPDATE: 3-Year-Old Girl Abducted from Harrisonburg Found Safe

The Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an AMBER Alert:

Harrisonburg Police Department is investigating a child abduction that occurred on May 4, 2020 at 8:24 a.m.

The child is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen at Burkwood Court, Harrisonburg, VA.

Three-year-old Brianna Reyes-Cardoza, an Hispanic female, was last seen at Burkwood Court in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She has black hair and brown eyes and is 3 feet in height. She weighs 36 lbs. She was last seen wearing a red, short-sleeve Minnie Mouse shirt with pink pants and pink sandals.

The child is believed to have been abducted by Jose Edin Reyes-Paz. Paz is an Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'6 and weighs 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with blank pants and a gray or green ball cap.
