On Monday, 33-year-old Judy Vigar of Gansevoort, New York was arrested for  hiring TWO STRIPPERS to come to her son's birthday party... His 16th birthday.

Judy's son's party wasback on November 3rd.  And Judy had two strippers come perform in a private party room.

They never got naked, but did strip down to their bras and underwear and DID give lap dances to underage teenagers who were as young as 15.

People took photos, obviously, and some of those photos made it online.  That's when the cops started investigating.

Judy has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.  She's facing a max sentence of five years in prison.
