Matthew McConaughey looks sick...and creepy.

McConaughey was spotted on the set of "The Dallas Buyers Club" where he plays Ron Woodroof. The guy who smuggled untested, anti-viral medications from all over the world after being diagnosed with HIV/AIDS in 1986.
